  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags still attached.


Items That Cannot Be Returned

Some items are non-returnable, including:

  • Final Sale Items โ€“ Clearly marked as โ€œFinal Sale.โ€

  • Customized or Personalized Items โ€“ These are made just for you and canโ€™t be returned.

  • Undergarments & Swimwear โ€“ For hygiene reasons, these cannot be accepted.

Refunds

  • Processing Time: Refunds take 5โ€“7 business days after we receive your returned item.

  • Refund Method: Weโ€™ll return the funds to the original payment method used.

  • Shipping Costs:

    • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

    • Return shipping is at the customerโ€™s expense unless the item was damaged or incorrect.


Exchanges

Need a different size or color?

  • Simply return the original item.

  • Then place a new order for the correct item.
